About UER

UMT Education Review is an international peer reviewed journal published by the Department of Education of the School of Social Sciences & Humanities, University of Management & Technology, Lahore. Pakistan. The focus is upon major shifts in educational policy and governance, curriculum and pedagogy, and on the everyday lives and practices of students and teachers. UER seeks to promote and disseminate rigorous scholarship on the teaching, learning, and assessing of leadership preparation and practice, the political and contextual issues that impact leadership education, and the links between leadership education and student learning. In the absence of any dominant paradigm, UER welcomes varied approaches to empirical research, theoretical and conceptual analyses, and reviews (both qualitative and quantitative syntheses) of high quality.

Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer review is double-blind.
