Presented Roll of Honor at LCUW for distinction in MA English at the Annual Convocation , 1995

 Distinction in Mphil Applied Linguistics Thesis, 2016.

A vast and diverse teaching experience ranging from middle and senior school to university teaching.

Last designation and place of work:  English Language and Literature teacher for Middle School and  O Levels at Lahore Grammar School, Model Town Branch ( 2012-2016).

Visiting faculty member for Department of English Language and Literature at University of Management and Technology, Fall 2016.

Mphil Thesis titled : Bakhtin beyond the Novel : Heteroglossia, Carnival and Dialogism in Waiting for Godot”

Research paper titled “Sufism for Common Man”.  Linguistics and Literature Review , 2016.

Research Article titled “ A Bakhtinian Approach to Beckett: Waiting for Godot submitted for review to Journal of Research( Humanities)

Currently working on a paper titled: Gender and Sexuality in A Farewell to Arms and The Sun Also Rises.

 

Roles and Positions:

Occupied  following positions  during employment in Lahore Grammar School , Model Town (2012-2016) :

Instructor for Checkpoint Cambridge Exams  (2012-2016).

English Literature teacher for three consecutive GCSE batches (2013-2016).

Editor of annual magazine Ujala   ( 2013-2015).

Organizer for hosting interschool debates and poetry competitions at LGS , Model Town

Headed several academic and nonacademic events in LGS including plays, quiz competitions and poetry sessions (2013-2016).

A member of the organizing committee in hosting a research seminar Research Publications: Problems & Solutions with keynote speakers Dr Rebecca Fox and Ms Karen Wrightsman from George Mason University, USA.
