Ms. Maryam completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Sociology from the Institute of Social and Cultural Studies, University of the Punjab, where she graduated with the highest academic distinction. With a strong background in academia, she has previously served as a faculty member at the University of the Punjab, Bahria University Lahore, and the University of Central Punjab (UCP). Her experience spans teaching, research, curriculum development, and thesis supervision.
Her research interests include the sociology of gender, family sociology, free speech on campus, mental health, and well-being. She has also been recognized for her academic excellence with the prestigious Scottish Scholarship, awarded by the British Council.
