I am an Assistant Professor with expertise in Educational Leadership and Management. With a strong academic foundation, I have published over 45 research articles and actively contribute to both national and international conferences. My publications have recently surpassed 100,000 reads and have consistently ranked as the most-read research from our institution over the past three weeks. I am passionate about fostering leadership in education and promoting innovative teaching methodologies. My research focuses on enhancing educational practices and supporting the professional growth of teachers.
