Dr. Irfan holds Ph.D. and MPhil degrees in Education form University of Management & Technology (UMT ), and MPhil in Applied Linguistics from University of Lahore as well. Prior to this, he had masters degrees in Education and English Language Teaching, along with PGD Linguistics with Distinctions from University of the Punjab and UMT. He has been a US exchange alumnus for TESOL Leadership Academy, USA. He has more than 20 years experience in the field of Teaching and Administration. He has been associated with both prestigious public and pvt. sector universities/organizations of Pakistan. He has supervised more than 60 theses during his stay with various universities. Not only his research papers have been published in national and international research journals but also has he presented in both national and international conferences. His areas of interest include Leadership, Action Research, TESOL, and Philosophy of Education.
