Department of Political Science & International Relations, Lahore, organized a session for the launch of Vice Admiral Iftikhar A. Rao’s third book on maritime affairs entitled “Maritime Security: Challenges & Responses in a Changing World” at Saleem Asghar Hall in University of Management & Technology, Lahore, on December 6, 2023.
In the session, Vice Admiral Iftikhar Ahmed Rao (retd) shed light on the significance and challenges of maritime security in the context of Pakistan. Chairman Institute of Policy Studies Khalid Rahman, Acting President UMT Lt. Gen Javed Hassan (retd), Assistant Professor NUML Dr. Maliha Zeba Khan and Chairperson Department of Political Science and International Relations, UMT & Director Center for Critical Peace Studies also shared their reflections over the book.
