Dept. of Political Science UMT meets Dr. Iqbal Akhtar from Florida International University
Friday, January 05, 2018Dept. of Political Science UMT recently hosted a lunch for Dr. Iqbal Akhtar from Florida International University and his wife Dr. Zafreen Jaffery. Dr. Iqbal is Assistant Professor with a dual appointment in the departments of Religious Studies and Politics & International Relations in the Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs while Dr. Jaffery is a Research and Evaluation Analyst in Miami FL. Political Science faculty and Head shared research and teaching plans of the Dept. with Dr. Iqbal who expressed his interest in future collaboration with the Dept. and further academic interaction with students and the faculty
