M.Phil International Relations

The candidate must fulfill the minimum criteria of HEC for admission in MPhil program. A minimum CGPA 2.50 (out of 4.0 in the Semester System) or Second Division (in the Annual System) obtained after at least sixteen years of education (Master’s or four-year BS degree) in Social Sciences and Humanities preferably (Political Science, International Relations, Strategic Studies, History, Philosophy, Mass Communications, Islamic Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Law).

Course work of 24 credit hours and Thesis of 6 credit hours required to be completed preferably in two years. A prospective candidate is required to write and publish a research paper during the course of degree program. If a candidate’s CGPA falls below 2.50/4.00 he/she will be ‘on probation’ for the next semester.
