The Department of Sociology takes great pride in the accomplishments of its participants and faculty members alike. It is through hard work that the goals which have been set can be achieved. On the 27th- 28th April, 2019 Lahore University of Management Sciences held its 2nd International Conference on Gender, Work and Society. A combination of how women and men interact and face numerous issues through the course of their work and what role the society plays in supporting these individuals.
